In previous multiple ICSI fertilization failure cases, spindle view technology can be used. Spindle view technology helps to identify the position of Spindle which contains all the chromosomes of Oocytes; hence, it helps to avoid the unwanted touch of injection needle into spindle chromosome structure, during micromanipulation.
Processes: In previous ICSI failure cases, spindle view can be used while doing ICSI or IMSI.
LASER Assisted Hatching and Embryo Biopsy for PGT by Saturn 5:

LASER means “light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation”. This is basically a Fixed and Directional Laser System. In case of zona thick/hard oocytes, previous multiple IVF/ ICSI implantation failure cases and specially in high age group, LASER Assisted Hatching may help in artificial hatching and implanting better into endometrium.
In case of previous IVF/ ICSI multiple failure cases, to check embryo aneuploidy, (PGT-A), in case of known paternal or maternal monogenetic/single-gene defects, (PGT-M), in structural chromosome rearrangements (PGT-SR) may give better success. For doing PGT-A, PGT-M or PGT-SR, Genetic laboratories need a few numbers of trophectoderm cells of Blastocyst to do PGT by Next Generation Sequencing. This LASER-assisted immobilization of sperm prior to ICSI can significantly help to choose between viable non motile and dead non motile spermatozoa.
